The Privacy Act requires that subject institutions ensure that the personal information under their control be described in personal information banks (PIBs). These banks are compiled and published on institutional websites and in Info Source to support an individual’s right of access to his or her personal information.
In accordance with Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat Policy, summaries of completed Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) are posted.
We voluntarily report, through our website, the travel and hospitality expenses of the Board Chair, the President & CEO and the senior management team. Expenses are reported by quarter and are reflected in the period during which they are reported in our financial records.
