Position Title: Administrative Assistant, Core Markets

Duties: Management and coordination of day to day operations for the Regional Managing Director (RMD) involving the planning and organization of the Office of the RMD; developing, overseeing and implementing control processes to ensure adequate follow-up of operational activities; and making recommendations to the RMD on high-profile and sensitive issues. Focused corporate management of initiatives; network development, communications links and relationship management for the RMD and other managers in the London regional hub team. Provides support to the Finance officer with regards to the operational and program budget.
Education: Degree from a recognized university in business administration, marketing or communications or an acceptable combination of education, training and experience. Training or education in administration would be an asset.
