Canada is picture perfect for South Korean consumers.

CTC’s photo exhibition in Seoul showcases four-season travel experiences, while summer campaigns pick up momentum in Mexico and Brazil.

Every picture tells a story and Canada has many tales to tell. The South Korea office of the Canadian Tourism Commission (CTC) has teamed up with the Embassy of Canada to Korea and the Seoul Metropolitan Government to run a Canada Travel Photo Exhibition in Seoul.

The photos display the huge range of Canadian travel experiences (winter, spring, summer or fall) to South Korean consumers as part of the 50th anniversary celebrations of diplomatic relations between the two countries. More than 140 images fill the walls of the Seoul Metropolitan Government Hall, taken by 17 of the influential South Korean bloggers who have spent time in Canada as part of CTC-South Korea’s SNS Influencers program, which is now into its fifth year.

The exhibition opened on June 29 as part of a Canada Festival in Seoul that included opening nights for the Banff International Mountain Film Festival and the Canada Food Festival run by Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada. SNS Influencers and program partners, including Air Canada, Destination British Columbia, Travel Alberta, Banff Lake Louise Tourism and VIA Rail, attended the Canada Festival. South Koreans have been encouraged to upload their photos from the exhibition onto CTC-South Korea’s Facebook page.
